These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the text message (SMS/MMS) program operated by Trend Digital Marketing (“we,” “us,” “our”) on behalf of the local businesses that use our call·ai AI phone-agent service (“the Business”).
1. Program description
When you call a Business that uses our service, our AI phone agent may offer to send you a text message with information related to your call — for example, an order confirmation, a reservation confirmation, an appointment or status update, or an answer to a question you asked during the call. Messages are sent from the Business’s own phone number.
2. Consent / opt-in
We send these text messages only after you give verbal consent during the phone call. When you ask for, or agree to receive, a text during the call, our agent confirms that we will text the number you are calling from, and the message is then sent to that number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with the Business. Messages are transactional and are generally sent in direct response to your call.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
5. Opt-out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time message to confirm you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from that number. If you want to receive messages again, you can ask us during your next call.
6. Help (HELP)

7. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
8. Supported carriers
Our SMS service is available on major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carrier participation may change without notice.
9. Privacy
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent changes.
